We are hiring a Viral Marketing Co-founder for Endolog, one of our portfolio companies dedicated to endometriosis symptom tracking and pain management.

We are looking for a creative obsessionist—someone who understands that in consumer health apps, content isn't just marketing; it's the product's voice. You will join the founding team to crack content-market fit and scale our presence from zero to millions of views.

The Role

This is not a traditional marketing director role. We don't need brand guidelines decks; we need views, engagement, and community trust. You will be responsible for finding the "vein" of content that resonates with women suffering from endometriosis, testing formats, and scaling what works.

You will own the entire organic growth engine. You are a player-coach who is happy to edit a TikTok yourself today and hire a team of creators tomorrow.

Responsibilities

  • Find Content-Market Fit: Run rapid experiments on TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts to identify the narratives and hooks that resonate with our audience.
  • Develop Winning Formats: Systematically analyze viral trends and adapt them to the chronic illness niche without losing authenticity.
  • Scale Content Production: Build a content engine. Whether it's UGC, in-house production, or remixing, you ensure we are posting high-quality content multiple times a day.
  • Influencer & Community: Build genuine relationships with creators and influencers in the women's health space. Manage partnerships that feel authentic, not transactional.
  • Expand Digital Footprint: Do whatever it takes to increase our share of voice. From hacking SEO to dominating hashtags, you own the top-of-funnel awareness.

Who you are

  • A Content Native: You speak the language of short-form video. You know why a video flopped within the first 3 seconds.
  • Empathetic Storyteller: You understand the nuance of communicating with a community dealing with chronic pain. You can be engaging without being sensationalist.
  • Data-Driven Creative: You let the metrics dictate the strategy. You double down on what works and kill what doesn't without ego.
  • Builder: You are ready to get your hands dirty. You want the equity and the responsibility of a co-founder.
