About Shippable Studio

Shippable Studio is a product studio that incubates, builds, and develops technology products with a strategic and operational approach. We help founders and companies build and launch the first version of their product in 2-4 weeks, focusing on speed and execution.

The Role

You'll be our motion specialist. Whether it's crafting a subtle micro-interaction for a button, a complex onboarding animation, or a high-energy video for our social channels, you're the one who makes it feel "alive."

What you’ll do

• Build Micro-interactions: Work with developers to implement fluid animations using Rive, Lottie, or Framer Motion.
• Product Storytelling: Create high-quality product demos and explainer videos that showcase the "magic" of what we build.
• Marketing Motion: Design and animate social media assets (TikTok, IG, LinkedIn) that grab attention in a crowded feed.
• Evolve the Brand: Help us define how "Shippable" moves. What's our animation language? You'll help write the book.

Who you are

• Motion Wizard: You're a pro in After Effects, Rive, or similar tools. You understand easing, timing, and physics.
• Product-Minded: You don't just animate for "cool" factor; you animate to guide the user and improve usability.
• Collaborative: You enjoy working with developers to figure out how to translate a 60fps animation into a performant web component.
• High Energy: You're excited about the latest trends in motion design and always looking for ways to push the envelope.
