About Shippable Studio

Shippable Studio is a product studio that incubates, builds, and develops technology products with a strategic and operational approach. We help founders and companies build and launch the first version of their product in 2-4 weeks, focusing on speed and execution.

The Role

You are the bridge between our clients and our product teams. Once a deal is signed, you take over. Your goal is to ensure the client feels supported, informed, and delighted throughout the build process and beyond. You aren't just a support agent; you are a strategic partner to our clients.

What you’ll do

  • White-Glove Onboarding: Ensure every new client has a seamless kick-off experience. Set expectations and timelines clearly.
  • Proactive Communication: You don't wait for clients to ask "status?". You keep them updated before they wonder.
  • Feedback Loop: Gather client feedback and translate it into actionable insights for our product and engineering teams.
  • Drive Retention: Make sure clients come back for their next product or phase 2.

  • Empathetic & Firm: You deeply care about the customer experience but know how to manage scope and expectations politely.
  • Organized Chaos Tamer: You can juggle multiple client projects without dropping a ball.
  • High Agency: If a client has an issue, you own it until it's resolved. You don't pass the buck.
  • Excellent Writer: Your emails and updates are crisp, clear, and professional.
