About Shippable Studio

Shippable Studio is a product studio that incubates, builds, and develops technology products with a strategic and operational approach. We help founders and companies build and launch the first version of their product in 2-4 weeks, focusing on speed and execution.

The Role

We are looking for a visionary product leader to join our executive team. As CPO, you will oversee all product activities across the studio. You will define our product philosophy, mentor Product Managers, and ensure every product that leaves our door is world-class. You are a builder at heart who has scaled product teams before.

What you’ll do

• Product Strategy: Define the "Shippable way" of building products. Standardize our discovery and delivery frameworks.
• Team Leadership: Hire, mentor, and lead a high-performing team of Product Managers and Designers.
• Executive Partner: Work closely with the Founders to steer the company's direction and growth.
• Quality Bar: Set the standard for what "good" looks like. Ensure we never compromise on quality for speed.

• Zero to One: You specialize in the messy early stage. You love bringing order to chaos.
• Design & Tech Savvy: You have a strong eye for design and a solid understanding of engineering constraints.
